She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Delhi University, an MBA from Maharshi Dayanand University and Ph.D in Management (HR) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. She holds an advance level certification in Behaviour Testing and Training. She has conducted and attended various workshops, FDPs and conferences. She is also a reviewer in Inderscience journals.
