Dr. Savita Yadav is a dedicated educator and accomplished researcher with a strong background in the fields of Human Resource Management and Leadership. Holding a Ph.D. from Amity University, her research interests include Transformational Leadership, Learning Organizations, and Employee Empowerment. She has a rich academic portfolio, including an MBA and BBA from prestigious institutions. With a career spanning several years, she has served as an Assistant Professor at esteemed institutions like G.D. Goenka University, Lingayas Vidyapeeth, and HMRITM. She is not only an academic but also an active contributor to her field. She has authored books and published numerous research papers in reputed national and international journals. Her expertise extends to delivering keynote speeches and chairing sessions at conferences. Additionally, she has been recognized with patents in the areas of Human Resource Development and Financial Transactions. Furthermore, She is committed to enhancing her pedagogical skills and has participated in several faculty development programs and workshops.

I had completed my graduation in B.com (hons) from Sri Guru Gobind Singh college of commerce, University of Delhi and also completed my post graduation in M.com from same college Sri guru Gobind Singh college of commerce, University of Delhi. I had cleared my UGC-NET JRF in 2022 and completed my B.ed in 2023 from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha university. I am specialized in financial management, strategic management and Investment management.
