“Dil Ki Baat” is a safe and compassionate space led by Ms. Preeti Mehra, where students are encouraged to express their thoughts and emotions openly. The initiative focuses on emotional well-being, self-growth, and mental health awareness within the college community.

Ms. Mehra believes that mental health is not a luxury, it’s a necessity. Through her empathetic approach, she helps students understand themselves better, manage life’s challenges, and move toward emotional balance.
