A strong research orientation aimed at overall development is thus, required amongst academicians, practitioners and technocrats to stay ahead of fast changing times. In the light of such contemporary scenario, Institution is  constantly making its effort to add value to their students by providing quality education. Quality education is a consequence of competent faculty with an appropriate pedagogy. In this direction, Institute conducts Faculty Development Programmes at various intervals to ensure quality education and encourage research.

The FDPs  are designed to provide research stimulus to academicians and practitioners. These FDPs cover a wide range of topics like economics, statistics, computer applications, commerce, banking, organizational behaviour, business policy, marketing, and labour relations, etc. The major focus of the FDPs is on upgrading the teaching and research skills of management and IT faculties so as to acquaint them with recent developments in teaching and research methods. The FDP also enables participants to develop competence in management and IT education as well as in research and pedagogy.
